Can I live in the house during a whole home renovation?
Often, yes. Because we stage the work by zone, parts of the house stay usable while other areas are under construction. Jobsite protection, dust control, and daily cleanup keep the mess contained. Most work happens on weekdays between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Saturday work starts at 8:00 a.m., and nothing is scheduled on Sundays. If the kitchen or your only bathroom will be out of service for a while, we plan around it with you up front.
How is a whole home renovation phased?
We build a phasing plan during Project Evaluation & Planning so demo and work move zone by zone instead of tearing the whole house open at once. That keeps the project organized and protects finished areas.
