How We Run a Remodel

Every good remodel starts with a clear plan. We define the scope (what’s included), confirm a realistic budget range, and coordinate the work so the project stays organized, clean, and predictable from start to finish.

For larger remodels, we use a Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) to lock in the scope and budget before construction begins.
