Scope & Proposal — Through Project Evaluation & Planning, we define scope, priorities, and selections, then present a written scope and a fixed-price proposal.

Construction — We coordinate the trades, stage the work, and keep you updated. Any change is documented, priced, and approved before we proceed.

Final Walkthrough — We walk the finished work with you, complete any remaining closeout items, and review care and warranty support.
For larger remodels, Project Evaluation & Planning defines the scope, selections, and budget before construction begins — so you receive a written scope and a fixed-price proposal based on your home and your goals.
