What you can expect from Home Boss Pros
These standards guide every project, every day:
1) Respect Everyone
We treat homeowners, neighbors, and every trade partner with courtesy and professionalism—always.
2) Be a Good Neighbor
We work in real neighborhoods. We respect privacy, property, parking, and peace.
3) Support Fellow Trades
A clean handoff matters. We respect other trades’ work areas, materials, and access so the job stays efficient and frustration stays low.
4) Build With Pride
We expect workmanship you’d be proud to claim years from now—because every detail reflects on everyone involved.
5) Work Hours and Noise Boundaries

Mon–Fri: No work before 7:00 a.m. or after 7:00 p.m.

Saturday: No work before 8:00 a.m.

Sunday: No work
This includes limiting disruptive noise, machinery, and loud music outside approved hours.
6) Keep the Street and Site Clean
Materials and debris stay contained. Streets, sidewalks, and nearby areas should remain clear of trash and construction mess.
7) Clean-As-You-Go Is the Standard
Every trade partner cleans their work area throughout the day. At day’s end—or before the next trade arrives—the site is broom-swept and left orderly.
8) Zero Tolerance for Drugs and Alcohol
Drugs and alcohol are prohibited on the jobsite—before, during, or after working hours. Violations result in immediate removal from the project.
9) Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed on the property. If someone must smoke, it must be off-property (typically in their vehicle on the street) and all waste must be removed.
10) Safety Is Mandatory
All workers must follow OSHA safety practices and site-specific safety requirements. Safety is the foundation of professional work.
11) Protect the Home and Finished Surfaces
We plan protection and expect it to be respected—floors, walls, counters, landscaping, and any finished surfaces.
