We look at how you cook and move through the room, then coordinate the layout, cabinet sizes, and appliance fit so doors open freely and the fridge and range slide into place without surprises. Flooring + Transitions

Flooring ties the kitchen to the rest of the house. We handle removal of the old floor, subfloor prep and leveling, and installation, then finish the transitions where the kitchen meets the hallway, dining room, or living area. Clean transitions keep heights even and edges from catching toes. Good prep underneath is what makes a floor look right and last. If the new flooring continues into nearby rooms, we plan it with the kitchen so the look runs without awkward breaks.

Countertops + Backsplash

Countertops and backsplash are what people notice first, so the details matter. We coordinate measuring and templating once the cabinets are in, then manage the install so seams land in sensible spots and the sink and cooktop fit cleanly. On the backsplash, we plan outlet and switch locations ahead of time so nothing looks patched around the edges. We also help you choose materials that make sense for your house and budget and hold up to everyday cooking.

Lighting + Electrical

Good lighting makes a kitchen easier to work in and nicer to spend time in. We plan under-cabinet lights, pendants, outlets, and appliance circuits early, while the walls are still open, so nothing has to be torn back out later. All electrical work is done to code. New wiring and circuits generally require a city permit and inspections, and when permits are needed, we tell you early and manage the process.
